Though I've not used it, GIMP - GNU Image Manipulation Program, is an open-source graphics programme that is free to use and I am very confident will work perfectly once you've learnt how to drive it. There are many software options available both paid and free. This tutorial will assume you already know your way around basic image editing and not explain those steps in detail.
